Your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Misprinted / Damaged / Defective Items

  • Report any issues within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • If it’s our error, we’ll cover the costs.

Wrong Address

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require reshipping at your expense after confirming a new address.

Refund Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, as every item is made to order. Please double-check our sizing charts before placing your order.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at: support@WearTheVerse.com.
  2. Ship the item back at your own cost (we recommend tracked shipping).
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • You’ll receive an email once your refund is issued.
